Hi, I'm Glennda

As the founder of Growing Minds with Glennda and a certified elementary educator, I am passionate about helping children discover their potential. I believe every child can learn and thrive when they're given the right support, encouragement, and individualized instruction. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions, take risks, and celebrate their growth. Being a Difference Maker for young learners is more than my profession—it's my purpose. I strive to help children build strong academic skills, spark curiosity, and develop the confidence to believe in themselves, one lesson at a time.

As a Science of Reading Certified teacher, I use evidence-based instructional strategies to strengthen reading, build a solid foundation in math, and create personalized learning experiences that meet each child where they are. Through engaging, individualized instruction, I help students grow academically while developing the confidence they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom. Whether your child needs extra support, wants to get ahead, or simply needs an additional someone who believes in their potential, I'm here to encourage, challenge, and celebrate every milestone along the way. Together, we'll grow skills, build confidence, and inspire lifelong success.
